Head of Investment Immigration

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Investment Immigration to lead our investment‑immigration department in China. You will drive the development of Caribbean citizenship, Canadian start‑up visa, and European investment programmes, tailoring them for Chinese‑speaking clients across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full leadership of the investment‑immigration department, overseeing product strategy and sales execution.
• Adapt and launch immigration and investment products for the Chinese market, including clients in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore.
• Build and manage a team of at least three professionals, fostering growth and high performance.
• Manage the sales funnel, create promotion strategies, and achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in investment immigration programmes.
• Deep knowledge of investment citizenship and European investment products.
• Strong understanding of the Chinese market and ability to customise offerings.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and revenue generation.
