Head of Business Performance

About the role

The Head of Business Performance will own and continuously improve the company’s performance management framework. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive OKR planning, data‑driven insights, and process optimisation to ensure the organisation meets its strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the performance management framework across the company.
• Lead company‑wide OKR planning, tracking, and quarterly review cycles.
• Design and implement scalable people processes that boost organisational effectiveness.
• Analyse people, performance and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into organisational performance.
• Define business requirements for HR systems, reporting tools and workflow automation.
• Partner with leaders to improve team performance, execution and accountability.
• Develop frameworks for performance reviews, calibration, promotions and career development.
• Drive initiatives that embed company values and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies and enhance the employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Strategy, Business Operations or Management Consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience designing or improving performance management frameworks, OKRs or organisational processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving, structured thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to write clear business requirements and improve operational workflows.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and stakeholder‑management experience.
