Global OEM Account Manager

About the role

The Global OEM Account Manager will own and grow strategic relationships with top global OEM customers operating in China, combining account management, solution selling and cross‑functional leadership to embed sterility‑assurance solutions into OEM equipment and sales frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with top global OEM accounts in China; develop long‑term account plans to drive revenue, market share and loyalty.
• Lead annual pricing negotiations, quarterly business reviews and satisfaction KPIs, coordinating internal teams to resolve issues.
• Manage global FMS opportunities, define solution scope, hardware/software configurations and service packages, and negotiate Global Service Agreements.
• Advise OEMs during design‑in phase, integrate sterility‑assurance solutions, and support global exhibitions and co‑marketing activities.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from OEM engineering, procurement, service and sales teams, translating insights into product and service requirements.
• Support OEM sales and service teams in China, align global and local sales efforts and identify joint opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Pharmaceutical, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of sales, account management or business development experience in the Chinese market.
• Direct experience with leading pharmaceutical OEMs or suppliers of fill‑finish, lyophilization or inspection equipment.
• Proven strategic account management in a multinational environment, including pricing negotiations, multi‑region quoting and customer‑satisfaction programs.
• Experience translating Voice of Customer and market insight into product or service requirements is a plus.
