职位概况
负责公司食堂及相关设施的日常运营管理，监督外包团餐服务，确保食品安全、成本控制及设施正常运行。
主要职责
- 严格依据国家食品安全法规，监督外包团餐团队的日常运营及全流程食品安全。
- 负责食堂费用统计、员工就餐费用分摊、月度对账及账单核对。
- 制定并执行食堂成本管控方案，动态优化成本结构。
- 收集员工就餐需求，推动菜品体系迭代，提升就餐满意度。
- 日常巡检、保养食堂大厅及后厨设施设备，协调维修，保障运行稳定。
- 使用中英文接待来访客户，介绍公司概况及产品。
