Floor Supervisor – Housekeeping

About the role

Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead its housekeeping team. Reporting to the Assistant Housekeeper, you will ensure guest rooms meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and ambience while delivering a seamless and friendly service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach room attendants to maintain consistent room standards.
• Monitor and report guest information to the Guest History Coordinator.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies in line with safety regulations.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for new team members.
• Maintain a motivating atmosphere through effective communication and positive feedback.
• Address guest needs promptly and create opportunities to delight them.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of international hotel experience.
• High flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Responsible, positive attitude with a teamwork spirit.
