Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

ABB is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to manage day‑to‑day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, treasury, and audit support. The role demands strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in SAP financial modules.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor bank balances, forecast cash flow, and prepare foreign currency balance reports.
• Process BAD requests, manage SAP open items, and handle accounts receivable aging and collections.
• Execute local payments, manage payment workflows, and verify withholding tax payments.
• Maintain FX transactions for POBO and ensure SOD role compliance.
• Support audit operations by preparing and organizing audit materials.
• Assist with closing tasks and annual report preparation at the company level.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP Financial Module, especially FI/AR/AP.
• Familiarity with payment systems, treasury operations, and compliance requirements.
