Job description
Key responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts and prepare monthly financial statements and schedules in accordance with China GAAP.
- Handle VAT declaration and quarterly enterprise income tax declaration, ensuring compliance with reporting and other local tax requirements.
- Verify company expense payments and employee business expense claims submitted by each department and produce payment schedules.
- Assist in monitoring the finance function’s internal control and report issues identified to the line manager.
- Assist in ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting; professional certification preferred.
- At least 4 years of full‑set accounts and reporting experience in a multinational corporation.
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
- CICPA, Medium Accounting Certificate, or major accounting coursework completed.
- Well‑developed PC skills, including SAP and the Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
