Finance Specialist

About the role

The Finance Specialist will support daily financial operations for the Rock Processing unit, ensuring accurate banking transactions, invoicing, and data reconciliation. This position contributes to month‑end closing, audit readiness, and cross‑functional financial data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily bank transactions, monitor cash positions, and prepare cash‑flow reports.
• Manage accounts receivable, issue invoices, track aging, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of sales invoices, customs declarations, and general‑ledger accounts.
• Support export‑tax‑rebate applications by liaising with external agents and tracking documentation.
• Prepare audit schedules, compile supporting documents, and respond to auditor requests.
• Produce periodic financial reports, variance analysis, and cash‑position summaries for the Accounting Manager.
• Undertake ad‑hoc finance tasks as delegated by the Accounting Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or manufacturing environment; fresh graduates with strong internships may be considered.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems.
