Finance Manager – MCN (Asia Assignment)

About the role

This position is an extended overseas assignment primarily based in the Asia region, supporting Moxa's legal entities in Shanghai. The Finance Manager leads a team to handle accounting, tax, cash‑flow, and financial analysis, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct MCN financial analysis, budgeting, expense analysis, and cost control.
• Oversee cash flow and asset management for MCN and CPC.
• Manage tax affairs for both entities and mitigate tax risks.
• Collaborate with business teams to implement financial solutions aligned with needs.
• Lead CPC accounting operations, including general ledger and local financial statements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and review audit reports.
• Handle monthly closing of production costs, perform cost variance and trend analysis.
• Work with the supply chain team to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Train, develop, and lead the finance team for long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master's preferred).
• CPA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a finance/accounting team.
• 5 years of experience in an international company, preferably in tech or manufacturing.
• Proven ability in employee development and team building.

Required skills

• SAP implementation or upgrade experience.
