Finance Controller, Commercial China

About the role

The Commercial Business Finance Controller is a strategic and operational position responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the Ammega Sales & Fabrication functions (CSCs). Reporting to senior management, the controller acts as a trusted business partner, delivering financial insights that support growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, planning, reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the commercial sales and fabrication units.
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare regular management reports and dashboards that highlight key financial metrics.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate financial data into strategic recommendations that improve operational efficiency.
• Support decision‑making by providing accurate financial models and scenario analyses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance controlling, with a focus on commercial or sales environments.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex financial data.
• Ability to act as a business partner to senior management and communicate insights effectively.
