Finance Analyst

About the role

The Finance Analyst will focus on analysing product cost structures, identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profitability across manufacturing operations. You will act as a bridge between finance and production, providing data‑driven insights that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Break down product cost structures, analysing direct and indirect cost drivers.
• Identify and propose cost‑optimization directions based on real production conditions.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams on cost‑reduction and process‑optimization projects, calculate expected benefits and define performance metrics.
• Analyse cost variances, recommend improvements and ensure projected benefits are realised.
• Challenge existing cost accounting and production processes, driving continuous improvement.
• Use digital analysis tools for financial modelling, data visualisation and reporting to support management decisions.
• Assist in manufacturing budget preparation, rolling forecasts and cost control, ensuring data accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders.
