职位概况
博世集团在重庆招聘FCT工程师，负责HD eAxle项目的车辆调试、测试支持及现场故障诊断，提供售后服务培训。
主要职责
- 车辆调试及新软件验证、功耗测试。
- 车辆EOL阶段的TCU/MCU软件更新及线束检查。
- 基于CCU数据进行现场错误分析。
- 现场车辆故障排查与问题解决。
- 制定售后服务建议并快速响应。
- 为售后服务人员提供培训。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，汽车、电子、机电等相关专业。
- 熟悉INCA、MDA、CAN Analyzer等软件工具。
- 了解质量管理体系（如8D）并有实践经验。
- 能够接受频繁出差，具备良好的英文读写能力者优先。
- 责任心强，积极乐观，乐于学习并适应变化。
