Enterprise Key Account Manager

About the role

Logitech is looking for an Enterprise Key Account Manager in Shenzhen to drive its business and growth with corporate customers. The role works with and influences key decision-makers in channels, engages new VARs (Value-Added Resellers) and MSPs (Managed Service Providers), and builds relationships with alliance partners. It centres on business development, strategic account management and sales campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive a robust pipeline of opportunities to increase Logitech's market share.
• Build and implement a channel development and revenue plan aligned with overall revenue and growth targets.
• Engage with top corporate end-users to promote Logitech solutions, win RFPs and set standards.
• Develop existing B2B channels and recruit new partners.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage sales cycles end to end.

Required profile

• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in enterprise sales, particularly in unified communications, video collaboration, IT or cloud solutions.
• Proven track record in organizational leadership and channel sales management.
• Ability to manage complex relationships and decision processes, and to analyze market trends and build strategic sales plans.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com is preferred.
