Engineering Technician

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking an Engineering Technician to join its hotel engineering team. The successful candidate will ensure safe and efficient operation of high‑voltage systems, air‑conditioning, plumbing, and other critical hotel equipment, delivering reliable service to guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all standard operating procedures for high‑voltage (HV) equipment and act as HV Operator on duty.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance on HV, AC, plumbing, kitchen and laundry equipment, and keep all service rooms tidy.
• Take accurate meter readings, record data, and adjust temperature controls according to weather conditions.
• Maintain safety of all facilities, including fire‑control systems and pest‑free environments.
• Repair guest‑room defects promptly and support kitchen and laundry operations under the guidance of the PM Supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience as an engineering technician in a 5‑star international hotel.
• Calm, patient, and passionate about delivering service.
