Engine Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Engine Design Engineer to lead the overall engine structure design and optimization for both new product development and existing product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize engine structures for new and existing products.
• Formulate and review design solutions to meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Apply Dfmea, GD&T, CREO or ProE tools for structural analysis and risk assessment.
• Coordinate and guide team members, fostering technical knowledge transfer.
• Execute design processes independently, continuously improve methods, and drive technical innovation.

Required profile

• Experience in engine or automotive component structural design.
• Academic background in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Strong teamwork and knowledge‑sharing abilities.
