Electronics System Engineer – TS (Thermal System)

About the role

We are looking for an Electronics System Engineer to join Bosch’s Thermal System (TS) team in Changsha. You will work on the development and integration of electronic control units (ECUs) for automotive thermal management solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse customer requirements for TS products and define ECU technical solutions.
• Prepare deviation lists, discuss solutions with customers and break down software/hardware requirements for domain teams.
• Define functional system test scope, create test plans and execute tests in‑house or coordinate external labs.
• Lead electronics‑related problem solving, including internal quality analysis and handling customer claims.
• Act as the electronics interface in project teams, prepare timing schedules, moderate meetings and track open issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics, systems, hardware or software engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in electronic systems, hardware or software development within the automotive sector.
• Familiarity with ECU development, hardware design and software integration for control systems.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
