Job description
职位概况
负责电驱动系统功率电子部件在测试台及整车上的标定与测试，参与轻型商用车电驱动轴系统的研发与优化。
主要职责
- 在测试台和车辆上进行功率电子系统及部件的标定与测试，包括扭矩控制、温度模型、监控与诊断功能。
- 制定详细工作计划，编写标定与测试报告。
- 分析功能需求，设计解决方案，编写功能开发规格书，并与软硬件团队协同开发。
- 执行产品发布流程，跟踪原型/样件的发布测试及过程管理。
- 对新平台产品进行性能测试与优化。
- 支持本地化产品开发的系统集成与标定测试。
- 进行系统级故障排查、根因分析及问题解决。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，电力电子或相关专业优先。
- 2年以上相关工作经验，具备新能源汽车动力总成装配领域经验者优先。
- 熟悉电机控制原理，能够熟练使用标定工具（INCA、CANOE）。
