Digital Marketing Specialist – School Brand & Social Media

About the role

Dehong Shanghai International Chinese School is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to boost the school’s brand visibility across digital platforms. The role supports the Marketing Supervisor and works closely with academic and admissions teams to showcase student life and achievements.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Supervisor in enhancing brand awareness and exposure across digital channels.
• Assist in developing and executing the school’s digital marketing strategy on platforms such as Red, Zhihu, Baidu, WeChat, and Douyin.
• Manage day‑to‑day operation of digital platforms, including website content updates, SEO/SEM/SMM, and digital asset development.
• Lead content creation across all digital channels, producing engaging text, images, videos, and livestreams that highlight student life and academic success.
• Provide data analysis and performance tracking to measure effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Oversee social media channels, schedule posts, engage the community, and maintain a content calendar aligned with school events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to source authentic content and produce high‑quality visuals.

Required skills
