DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to drive automation, security, and operational enablement for large‑scale cloud migration projects across Azure China and Alicloud environments. The role focuses on building secure CI/CD pipelines, reusable Infrastructure‑as‑Code modules, and automated controls that accelerate cloud deployments while ensuring compliance and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning, compliance gates, and automated testing.
• Develop reusable IaC modules, deployment templates, and automation scripts for multiple cloud platforms.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment workflows with built‑in security controls.
• Implement security automation for secrets management, IAM/RBAC, vulnerability scanning, and monitoring.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for pipelines, IaC modules, security controls, and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate closely with cloud architects, security teams, and application owners to support migration and modernization programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on DevSecOps engineering experience with automation and cloud‑native delivery.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese.
