DevOps Engineer – AI Platform & Adoption

About the role

The DevOps Engineer will join the Managed Service team on‑site to ensure the AI Platform & Adoption services run reliably and at high performance. You will work closely with China Enterprise Technologies and global partners to design, deliver, and operate AI Gateway and related MLOps solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and enhance the AI Platform, ensuring high availability, end‑to‑end monitoring, and compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Lead engineering projects and epics covering AI platform enhancements, new use‑cases, and micro‑service integrations.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and GitHub, managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized deployments.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform, CDK, and other IaC tools across AWS and Alibaba Cloud.
• Configure AI Guardrail rules, IAM access controls (Ping Federation, AD, RBAC), and API integrations.
• Manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server lifecycle, workspace isolation, and usage monitoring.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation (Markdown, Confluence, release notes) and lead cross‑regional communication in English.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional DevOps experience.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• Proven ability to work on‑site with client teams and coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Experience leading solution design and delivery for AI/ML platforms.
