Customer Solutions Center Intern – Summer 2027 (Shanghai)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a motivated intern to join its Customer Solutions Center in Shanghai for the Summer 2027 term. The intern will support go‑to‑market activities for core payment products, work with data to identify gaps, and help shape product strategies for issuers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide go‑to‑market support for core Mastercard products, including preparation of launch materials.
• Analyze data to uncover product gaps and customer needs, informing product enhancements.
• Assist in creating training and enablement content for marketing and account teams.
• Draft design specifications and business/technical requirements for product development.
• Develop customized product roadmaps and execution plans for credit and CPS products.
• Manage existing product lines, conduct portfolio reviews, and support partner management.
• Conduct opportunity assessments for new product concepts and refreshes.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, intellectually curious and analytical.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Effective team player with good communication abilities.
