Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, orders and post‑sales activities. Working closely with logistics, sales and finance teams, the role supports the delivery of on‑time‑in‑full performance and contributes to overall business success.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries (e.g., port supply) via email and phone.
• Coordinate order creation, inventory checks and delivery dates using SAP and internal partners.
• Manage back‑orders, order cancellations, returns and credit memos.
• Issue invoices, collect delivery notes and support after‑sales processes.
• Reconcile financial data, remind customers of outstanding payments and generate reports.
• Maintain customer and material master data in SAP.
• Collaborate with the local sales team to drive business success and resolve complaints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Trading, Logistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience in a global company.
• Fluent oral and written English; Mandarin is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP order and invoicing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
