Customer Service Representative

About the role

Eaton, a global power management company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to ensure smooth servicing of domestic and international customer accounts. The role focuses on order administration, contract preparation, and responding to customer enquiries while supporting sales and planning teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare sales contracts, collect part numbers, pricing, and special requirements, and obtain customer confirmation.
• Enter and manage customer orders in the SAP system after planning review.
• Coordinate with sales, pricing, finance, and planning teams to resolve pricing issues, update customer master data, and confirm delivery dates.
• Communicate order status, pricing, and material availability to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor orders on hold, resolve issues promptly, and ensure timely release.
• Handle administrative inquiries, provide one‑point‑of‑contact solutions, and maintain professional communication.
• Collaborate with QA for return authorizations and replacement orders, and work with invoicing and logistics teams to resolve shipment problems.
• Track payments and chase overdue amounts that block shipments.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal functions.
