Customer Service Representative – French, German, Spanish, Italian

About the role

We are looking for a multilingual Customer Service Representative to provide advanced technical support for smart‑home products sold on Amazon and other e‑commerce platforms. You will handle escalated inquiries in French, German, Spanish or Italian and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, chat and voice in the assigned language.
• Assist with logistics, returns, exchanges and after‑sales technical support for products such as robot vacuums, floor scrubbers, hair dryers and other small appliances.
• Analyze customer needs, deliver accurate and timely responses, and maintain a professional tone.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Work the shift from 15:00‑24:00 (DST) or 16:00‑01:00 (standard time), five days on, two days off.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, German, Spanish or Italian.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with courteous communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking, adapting quickly to changes, and working both independently and as part of a team.
• Patience and professionalism in all customer interactions.
