Customer Production Planner – Logistics (PtB)

About the role

The Customer Production Planner in the Logistics department will be responsible for long‑term forecast planning, order validation and production control to ensure seamless delivery to Bosch customers. The role works closely with internal overseas suppliers and Bosch plants to coordinate ramp‑up and ramp‑down activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control customer orders, validating them against production capacity, deadlines and inventory levels.
• Perform long‑term forecasting and capacity planning.
• Identify potential supply difficulties and initiate corrective actions to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Create and maintain material master data in the ERP system.
• Monitor delivery performance and ensure inventory levels meet defined targets.
• Coordinate ramp‑up/ramp‑down processes and manage related change activities.
• Support procurement planning with internal overseas suppliers and Bosch plants.

Required profile

• Experience in long‑term forecast planning and order control.
• Knowledge of production control, procurement planning and inventory management.
• Ability to coordinate ramp‑up/ramp‑down activities and manage change.
• Strong analytical mindset to detect supply risks and propose solutions.
