Customer Experience Representative

About the role

The Customer Experience Representative serves as the daily interface with our customers, ensuring satisfaction while supporting business objectives. You will manage orders, resolve issues, and collaborate with supply‑chain teams to guarantee timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately in SAP, monitor status, and provide timely updates.
• Act as primary contact for inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply‑chain planners, and lead internal discussions to mitigate supply risks.
• Prepare and maintain records, generate reports on order status and inventory, and analyse trends using BOBJ and Power BI.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimise operations and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in international trade, logistics, supply‑chain management, business management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in a multinational environment within order support, customer service, or planning.
• Experience in the chemical industry and familiarity with SAP are strong advantages.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP ERP.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with BusinessObjects (BOBJ) reporting tools.
• Ability to create dashboards and analyse data in Power BI.
