Customer Care Representative

About the role

The Customer Care Representative will act as the primary point of contact for regional customers, handling quotations, order processing, and issue resolution. This role supports sales and finance teams while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regional quotations and enquiries through Salesforce (SFDC) and assign potential demand to the sales team.
• Prepare and administer commercial documentation such as formal quotations, contracts, and related agreements, ensuring proper record retention.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer or sales demand and maintain satisfaction.
• Process customer orders accurately using the ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to products, delivery, or service, and determine corrective actions.
• Monitor goods delivery, coordinate shipments, and arrange scheduled pickups.
• Support payment collection, credit management, and assist finance with accounts receivable cash application.
• Track and follow customer forecasts and maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and transactions.
• Perform other assignments as directed by the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service, preferably within industrial automation or manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills across one‑on‑one, small groups, and larger audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using PowerBI for reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, 4TH Shift, and Oracle.
• Effective spoken and written English.
