Country Sales Manager

About the role

As a Country Sales Manager you will lead Chinco’s sales effort within the assigned country, driving revenue growth, market expansion and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Business Line Manager and work closely with marketing, R&D, production and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Lead a multidisciplinary sales team, ensuring disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting and effective territory planning.
• Manage strategic and key accounts, lead major negotiations and secure high‑value opportunities.
• Enhance distributor and channel performance, ensuring coverage, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to introduce new products and localise solutions.
• Maintain strict compliance with company policies, SHE systems and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in industrial equipment sales or business management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results in a complex industrial environment.
