Cost Optimisation Specialist – Chinese Language

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Cost Optimisation Specialist who is fluent in Chinese to drive efficiency across its global social entertainment platforms. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through execution and result control.
• Analyse statistics, reports, and partner performance metrics to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and roll out cost‑optimisation strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support partners in Bitrix CRM, handling complex and non‑standard requests.
• Improve partner‑related processes, tools, reporting, and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared efficiency goals.

Required profile

• English B2+, Russian C1+, Chinese B2+ language proficiency.
• Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, negotiation, critical thinking, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to devise professional solutions across varied situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using Bitrix CRM.
• General PC competency.
