About the role
Bosch is looking for a Commercial Buyer (Software) to join its Shanghai team. The role focuses on sourcing and negotiating software solutions for automotive applications, supporting Bosch’s mobility and technology portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Manage international, cross‑domain suppliers for automotive software.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract management.
- Perform market analysis and develop sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain basic technical understanding of software, data and related products.
Required profile
- Fluent business English; additional German or Japanese is a plus.
- Prior experience in leading automotive companies.
- Cross‑cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Technical acumen in automotive software and ADAS/infotainment markets.
- Advanced negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
