Clinical Research Physician – Oncology & Immunology

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Research Physician to lead early‑phase oncology and immunology studies, with a focus on antibody‑drug conjugate (ADC) development. The position is based in Shanghai and will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design and execute clinical protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and write clinical research protocols for ADC and other novel oncology therapeutics.
• Design and oversee early‑phase clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and communication among medical, regulatory, and operational teams.
• Provide scientific expertise in immunology, rheumatology, CNS, gastroenterology, or dermatology as required.
• Mentor junior physicians and support the preparation of study reports and publications.

Required profile

• Doctoral degree (PhD or MD) preferred; master’s degree minimum.
• 5‑10 years of clinical research experience, including at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven background in oncology and ADC drug development.
• Experience writing and managing clinical trial protocols.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
