About the role

The Clinical Marketing Manager will lead and execute clinical marketing strategies for Philips healthcare products in the assigned region, aligning with global business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role drives product adoption, revenue growth, and market share expansion through data‑driven initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement go‑to‑market plans for product portfolios, analysing market trends and customer insights.
• Lead new product introductions and launches, ensuring adherence to timelines and business processes.
• Provide strategic input for annual marketing plans, competitive analyses and value‑proposition development.
• Construct business plans aligned with strategic and operating targets, collaborating with regional and global teams.
• Adapt marketing cadence and manage product introduction processes across regions for seamless execution.
• Optimize global assets and content for local sales and marketing operations, creating omni‑channel experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, medical technology, healthcare or related commercial services.
