About the role
The Clinical Development Physician will operate at a country or regional level in China, supporting multiple therapeutic areas and assets. As the medical expert for assigned programs, you will ensure that development strategies are scientifically sound and aligned with the latest clinical practice and healthcare innovations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain medical content integrity and oversee the development strategy for assigned clinical programs.
- Incorporate current medical knowledge, best clinical practices, and emerging scientific advances into program design.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure programs reflect evolving healthcare systems.
- Potentially lead a clinical development program as Clinical Development Lead.
Required profile
- Medical degree with clinical practice experience, preferably in immunology or neurology.
- Strong understanding of the drug development process.
- Minimum three years of experience in a clinical development group of a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical company, or equivalent clinical practice.
- Experience with early‑stage clinical development programs is a plus.
