Client Solution Supervisor

About the role

Provide strong leadership and manage the team’s activity to guarantee high-quality delivery of client-focused laboratory programs. Ensure seamless execution of services while driving continuous improvement of the offering.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor changes in consumer product regulations and communicate standards, requirements and policies to global teams and customers.
• Perform gap analyses between client needs and the standard service offering, and support RFP reviews with best-practice recommendations.
• Translate client instructions into operational language using process-engineering and design-for-manufacturability methods.
• Lead program setup, define measurable KPIs, monitoring tools and related documentation.
• Manage program change, conduct internal training, and ensure smooth implementation across BV labs.
• Monitor KPI performance, work with labs to resolve issues, and drive service improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of client-facing and project-management experience in a laboratory environment.
• In-depth knowledge of hard-goods or toy product safety regulations and related standards.
• Strong understanding of product development and supply-chain processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
