China Market Development Initiative Program Manager

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a strategic and execution‑focused Program Manager to lead high‑impact market development initiatives across China. This full‑time position will drive transformation programs that support AVEVA’s growth, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead China market development and transformation programs from initiation through delivery, aligning with AVEVA’s strategic goals.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to define program goals, success criteria, roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans.
• Establish and run robust governance structures, including steering committees, working groups, and escalation paths.
• Own program budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and performance reporting, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure market entry, localization, go‑to‑market enablement, operational readiness, and value realization.
• Maintain alignment with China leadership, global teams, and functional stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into tangible market impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs in a fast‑moving, technology‑focused environment.
• Strong financial and operational rigor with ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging regional and global teams.
• Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset and ability to drive clarity across people, process, and technology.
