职位概况
护理主任负责在养老机构内统筹护理团队工作，配合院长和主管医生，提供高质量的老人照护，确保安全、舒适和隐私。
主要职责
- 参与机构发展计划制定，监督护理人员培训并激发学习热情。
- 组织团队建设活动，降低人员流失率，收集并反馈满意度及质量指标。
- 落实护理质量管理，统计分析质量指标并推动改进。
- 负责感染管理，监督高危用品使用及医疗废物处理。
- 开展不良事件管理，定期研讨并跟踪整改方案。
任职要求
- 遵守集团职业道德，尊重老人隐私与尊严。
- 具备人力资源管理经验，能够完成能力评估。
- 熟悉护理质量控制、感染防控及不良事件处理流程。
