Chapter Lead

About the role

The Chapter Lead is responsible for driving functional excellence within the assigned Chapter at Bosch Group, focusing on organizational agility and project management. You will split your time between acting as an Agile Transformation Coach (ATC) and Project Manager (PJM), ensuring the Chapter delivers high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the Chapter achieves functional mastery and aligns with Bosch’s standards and governance.
• Translate functional priorities into training programs and enablement activities.
• Maintain consistency of methodological approaches across the Chapter.
• Manage capacity by recruiting, upskilling, and providing an excellent onboarding experience.
• Lead Chapter members, foster continuous development, and create an open learning environment.
• Represent the Chapter within the broader organization and act as a digital thought leader.
• Promote agile ways of working and facilitate collaboration to achieve alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• More than 3 years of leadership experience in the IT or software industry, preferably with financial business responsibility.
• Proven expertise in agility and project management, including leading medium to large projects and defining KPIs.
• Experience delivering senior‑level presentations covering financials, resource needs, risks, and progress.
• Track record of coaching, mentoring, and conducting trainings for agile practitioners.
