CEO - AI Investing

About the role

BJAK, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, is looking for a CEO to build and own an AI-native consumer investing business. The role uses AI to help users understand markets, make better investment decisions and manage their portfolios. It is a remote position open to global candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Define the AI Investing proposition, product roadmap and business model.
• Build AI-native experiences across investment discovery, research, portfolio management and decision-making.
• Develop how AI should analyse information, surface opportunities and support users throughout the investment journey.
• Own P&L, assets, customers, engagement, revenue and unit economics.
• Work closely with product, engineering and AI teams to build and improve the product.
• Build the core investing, product, technology and commercial teams.
• Expand into additional investment products and markets.

Required profile

• Deep experience in investing, wealthtech, consumer fintech or investment products.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful investing product, business or P&L.
• Strong understanding of investment products, markets and consumer investing behaviour.
• Experience building and scaling consumer technology products.
• Hands-on operating capability, able to work directly through product, investment workflows, economics and customer behaviour.
• Comfortable working in a distributed, fast-moving international team across time zones.
• Strong English communication, as English is the main working language.
