Center Director – English Language School

About the role

The Center Director leads the overall management of an English First language school, overseeing daily operations, staff, sales, and customer service to ensure high‑quality education and strong market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote the EF brand and attract new students.
• Collaborate with the Director of Studies to implement the Operations Manual and continuously improve teaching quality.
• Supervise senior course consultants and the sales team, monitor performance, and achieve budgeted sales targets.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for both local and expatriate staff, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Oversee finance and accounting tasks, prepare the annual budget, and control expenses according to approved guidelines.
• Ensure timely logistics support for all departments.
• Maintain IT standards, guarantee that equipment meets EF requirements, and keep production systems accurately updated.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of work experience with at least 3 years in a senior management role within a fast‑growing service environment.
• Proven ability to manage an entire center and work effectively with multicultural teams.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of hiring, training, and motivating staff.
• Experience meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to perform under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS‑Office.
