Business Development Sales Manager – Industrial Vacuum

About the role

Atlas Copco is seeking a Business Development Sales Manager to expand its Industrial Vacuum business in targeted industries across Guangdong. The role focuses on increasing market share, building OEM partnerships, and delivering a sustainable growth pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Drive industry development and market expansion by identifying high‑potential applications and creating go‑to‑market strategies.
• Develop and manage OEM partnerships, establishing long‑term cooperation frameworks and supporting solution integration.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, coordinating cross‑functional teams to move projects from identification to order closure.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide strategic insights and support portfolio development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in engineering or business.
• 5+ years of B2B industrial sales or business development experience.
• Experience with vacuum, compressors, or related industrial equipment is a strong plus.
• Proven track record in industry or OEM/channel development.
