Business Development Executive – Greater China

About the role

Based in Shanghai and reporting to the Head of China, you will join the Asia‑Pacific team to drive Paris Saint‑Germain’s commercial growth across Greater China. The role focuses on identifying new partnership opportunities, building relationships with leading Chinese companies, and supporting the Club’s long‑term commercial ambitions in a strategic international market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial partnership opportunities across Greater China.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospective partners through market research and prospecting.
• Analyse key industries, companies and market trends to uncover business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers and corporate partners.
• Prepare tailored commercial proposals, presentations and sales materials.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Participate in commercial meetings, partnership discussions and business events.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate commercial initiatives.
• Support commercial projects and day‑to‑day activities led by the China commercial team.

Required profile

• Commercially driven professional with a proactive, resilient and relationship‑oriented mindset.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in an international, fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
