Business Controller

About the role

Epiroc is seeking a Business Controller to join its Changzhou team. The role will strengthen financial governance and provide on‑the‑ground support to local management control, ensuring accurate reporting and effective cash management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial management and management control for the Changzhou entity.
• Support General Management in implementing accounting policies, controls, and procedures.
• Prepare timely operational reports, monthly forecasts, and group reports.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fixed‑asset investments.
• Maintain internal controls, coordinate internal/external audits, and mitigate risks.
• Partner with senior management on strategic planning, business reviews, and performance scorecards.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and champion new ways of working.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration with an accounting major.
• 5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with management control exposure.
• Strong background in international environments and group reporting.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and highly accurate.
• Excellent communication and report‑writing skills in English.

Required skills

• ERP systems (experience with deployments is a plus).
