Job description
职位概况
负责在博世济南工厂引入并持续改进BPS（Bosch Production System）体系，推动系统CIP、点CIP及日常管理落地。
主要职责
- 在工厂内部推广BPS系统方法，组织系统CIP研讨会。
- 跟进系统CIP项目实施，确保项目按计划推进。
- 在价值流中协助系统CIP项目，提供VSM、VSA、VSD、5S、QCO、TPM、Pull系统、KPI树等工具培训。
- 依据PGL（Planning Guideline）支持新项目的规划阶段。
任职要求
- 熟悉BPS体系及CIP流程，有工业现场改进经验。
- 具备组织培训和研讨会的能力。
- 能够根据项目需求提供相应的工具培训。
必备技能
- 价值流程图（VSM）/价值流分析（VSA）/价值流设计（VSD）
- 5S、快速换型（QCO）
- 全员设备维护（TPM）
- 拉动系统（Pull system）
- KPI树（KPI Tree）
