Boutique Supervisor – Luxury Retail (Shanghai)

About the role

The Boutique Supervisor will act as a middle‑management layer for the Audemars Piguet boutique in Shanghai, ensuring smooth floor operations, talent development, and consistent policy execution. You will support the Boutique Manager in driving sales performance and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the line manager in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability; monitor KPIs and coach the team.
• Partner with the line manager to disseminate accurate information and ensure effective use of company systems.
• Maintain full compliance with health & safety, product safety, audit, and operating procedures.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and resolving concerns.
• Support CRM maintenance in line with company requirements.
• Collaborate on marketing, events, and merchandising plans to strengthen brand position.
• Attend training, implement coaching, and support team development.
• Prepare accurate monthly reports on sales, inventory, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of luxury retail experience, including 1‑2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• High‑touch hospitality background with an understanding of the Audemars Piguet client experience.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
