BD Manager – Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead new service development and customer expansion for the E&E Analytical Business Unit. This role works closely with sales teams to integrate resources, drive organic growth, and transform the business toward comprehensive supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote testing, certification, inspection and ESG services to meet business targets.
• Identify new opportunities in electronic & electrical manufacturing, supply‑chain management and raw‑material chemicals, and design customized one‑stop solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery that satisfies large‑enterprise clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and regulatory changes (e.g., RoHS, REACH) to guide investment decisions.
• Share industry knowledge with sales teams to position Bureau Veritas as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Supply‑Chain Management or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales, customer management or business development.
• Background in electrical & electronics manufacturing (semiconductors, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, home appliances, etc.) and proven success selling large‑enterprise or one‑stop solutions.
