职位概况
Athlete III 负责在门店为顾客提供专业的产品建议，结合品牌故事推动销售，确保店铺运营顺畅。
主要职责
- 运用顾客服务技巧和基本销售技术，为顾客推荐合适产品。
- 熟练操作收银机，完成交易、收发货及商品陈列。
- 提供产品知识咨询，协助顾客了解耐克品牌及文化。
- 协助店铺清洁、库存管理及损失预防工作。
- 培训并支持初级员工，提升团队整体销售能力。
任职要求
- 高中在读或已毕业者，具备零售经验者优先。
- 能够进行基本体力劳动，包括搬运约20公斤物品。
- 适应轮班工作，可在夜间、周末及节假日上班。
- 具备良好的视觉辨识能力，能区分颜色和形状。
必备技能
- 熟悉收银机操作。
- 具备基本的产品知识和销售技巧。
