Associate Director, Business Excellence PMO

About the role

We are seeking a high‑impact Associate Director, Project Management to lead strategic planning and execution for Business Excellence. The role will manage key initiatives, oversee budgeting and operations, and drive Agile transformation across the function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the Business Excellence strategic roadmap and annual planning.
• Establish governance mechanisms to track initiatives, ensuring delivery against timelines, milestones, and OKRs.
• Coordinate across teams to drive execution excellence and support business case development.
• Lead departmental budgeting, financial planning, and expense tracking to allocate resources optimally.
• Design and manage internal communication strategies to increase visibility of Business Excellence initiatives.
• Drive Agile transformation initiatives, fostering modern collaborative ways of working.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business excellence or transformation, preferably with top‑tier consulting experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or life‑sciences industry is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale, cross‑functional strategic or transformation initiatives.
