About the role

Join Mastercard’s Services team in Shanghai as an Associate Consultant Intern for the Summer 2027 program. You will work in small, cross‑functional teams to help leading brands solve strategic challenges across technology, data and digital payments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teammates to develop and implement solutions for client strategic questions.
• Participate in volunteer and team‑building activities.
• Attend networking sessions and speaker series with senior leaders.
• Build relationships with clients to understand business needs and propose data‑driven recommendations.
• Receive hands‑on mentorship from experienced consultants and managers.
• Contribute to business development, account management and product management initiatives.
