Associate Account Manager, Apps Team, Large Customer Sales

About the role

Google is looking for an Associate Account Manager to join the Apps Team within Large Customer Sales. You will work with Chinese advertisers to help them grow using Google’s advertising solutions, leveraging both your sales expertise and deep understanding of the market.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with assigned customers and verticals to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct in‑depth market, industry, and audience analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Translate client business needs into tailored advertising strategies across search, display, shopping, video and travel solutions.
• Collaborate with internal product, sales, and operations teams to execute and optimize campaigns.
• Share insights, best practices, and success stories across the team and vertical.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing or consulting.
• Fluent communication in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically about client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high‑productivity results.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with complex spreadsheet analysis and presentation preparation.
