Assistant Manager, Technical Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Technical Sales will drive new business opportunities and promote electronic chemicals to key semiconductor customers in the Asia‑Pacific region. This role bridges customers and product development teams to ensure successful commercialization of advanced materials.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, gathering technical requirements and coordinating feasibility studies with internal teams.
• Lead product promotion projects from concept to launch, including technical meetings, sampling, registration, qualification, pilot runs, improvement, and scale‑up.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers and the product development organization throughout the promotion process.
• Collect and analyse industry trends, customer technology roadmaps, and competitor activities to inform product strategy.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in technical sales, business development, or process engineering.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, especially wet cleaning, BEoL/MEoL, and Cu/Co plating.
• Professional proficiency in English, both oral and written.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams (GPM, QC/QM, SCM, Sales, etc.).
